DEVON’S WORKOUT PLAN - 3X a week

  • Warm Up (5 minute treadmill walk)

  • 2-3 Circuits:

    • Squats (10-15 reps)

    • Pushups (10-15 reps)

    • Plank (at least 15 secs)

    • Jumping Jacks (10-15 reps)

    • Lunges (10 per leg)

    • Lying Hip Raise (10-15 reps)

  • Cool Down (Stretching)
